DKM Group is one of the pioneer organization of India that ventured into early outsourcing model for payroll and retrial benefits and established DKM Online as the preferred outsourcing entity for some of the most popular International brands, Pepsi, Motorola, Nestle, Gillette etc to name a few. Currently, we are serving more then 350+ companies on Pan India basis.

Our founder, Mr.D.K.Malik incepted DKM Group as a Chartered Accountancy firm and later went on the growth path with the addition on new services namely Payroll, Temporary Staffing, Customized solution design through software & technology worked in favor of DKM Online as we were managing the Payroll, Compensation Benefits, Retiral Benefit Schemes, Payroll Consultancy, Payroll Processing together with Cloud Payroll services etc with ease & expertise.

Under the constant leadership & guidance of Mr.D.K.Malik, we have been growing steadily on the business values established at the time of corporatization of DKM group in 2002.
